Cardfields can offer families and groups the opportunity to hire a large, beautiful Victorian House within five acres of grounds right in the heart of the Essex Countryside for a weekend retreat or to celebrate a special occasion.

Families have full use of the house and grounds which is in a secluded,  quiet area of Essex close to the River Chelmer, Chelmsford, and the Essex coast. Great facilities are available on-site for all ages including:

• BMX Track
• Fully equipped games room
• Floodlit multi-sports court etc.

Families have been attending Cardfields for private hire for some time and we have returning guests every year. Recently, one of our visiting families returned for a reunion celebrating a special birthday.
