Cardfields has once again been awarded the “Learning Outside the Classroom (LOtC) Quality Badge”. The badge recognises our excellent facilities and great outdoor learning and gives you the confidence to book with us.

We were awarded the badge following a rigorous inspection by Anthony Thomas, Chairman of The Council for Learning Outside the Classroom. The inspector spent a whole day at Cardfields after which he commented on the passion and enthusiasm of our staff. He was particularly impressed with how we ensure all children who stay with us build confidence, learn life skills, work as a team and begin to grow memories.

The badge also gave us a five-star food rating, recognising the hard work of our chef and catering team.

The badge is valid for three years.

LOtC Quality Badge

The Learning Outside the Classroom Quality Badge is a nationally recognised award that combines learning and safety into one accreditation. The Council for Learning Outside the Classroom manages the scheme. It recognises settings that offer good quality learning outside the classroom and manage risk effectively.
