Cardfields hosted a family gathering for the Spector family over a beautiful hot sunny May bank holiday weekend.

The family had a fantastic time exploring all the grounds and the local Essex Countryside, walking to Paper Mill Lock, and enjoying the tea rooms!

The family made use of all the space and facilities that Cardfields had to offer. Mr Michael Spector enjoyed his birthday celebrations with his family.

Mr Spector commented: “Where do I start- From the moment we visited you to see if Cardfields was suitable for our weekend, until the final moments we drove out the drive after the weekend, you made it so easy for us, were so warm and friendly and ensured that we had the most wonderful weekend. This was the first time we had been away with all the family and it will remain in everyone’s memory as a truly fabulous experience.

The whole weekend went even better than planned and all our grandchildren had the most fantastic time – you were all so enthusiastic and helpful and you are truly more than lucky to have the services of Ron, to whom nothing was too much trouble.

Thank you all so much and we will I’m sure be returning soon”
