Cardfields welcomed Laycock Primary School for a fun-packed filled week for their school journey.

The young people enjoyed the amazing weather and had a great week learning new skills, making new friends, and enjoying all the activities arranged:

• Orienteering and walking to the Ford gathering ideas to create a poem or rap song
• Bush Craft – building small campfires and cooking toast
• Soft Archery
• Visiting Colchester Zoo and Colchester Leisure Pool
• BMX Biking
• Pond dipping and identifying insects
• Team challenges
• Gardening – creating their own garden pots, sowing and planting seeds
