Cardfields open their doors to the Begum Family for a fun packed weekend of fun in the Essex countryside.

The sun was shining, everyone made use of all the facilities available exploring all the grounds with a camp fire in the evening toasting Marshmallows.

Ayesha Begum stated “We booked a huge, family get-together weekend away at Cardfields.  With 13 adults (including my elderly mum) and 17 children ranging from 4-16, there was still more than ample space for sleeping arrangements. 

We were all blown away by the beautiful grounds, with chickens on site, apple trees, fig trees and an amazing amount of space to play- all for our private use.  We had a lovely time together, with the kids enjoying nature and the great outdoor play equipment, as well as playing table tennis, making full use of the games room, having a huge game of family rounders and evenings spent at the fire pit, roasting marshmallows and telling ghost stories! 

The kitchen, the bathrooms etc were all really good condition and surpassed our expectations. All in all, we had a great time and will definitely be returning. Finally, Elaine and Freddy were great with communication, in the lead up to our holiday, and during our stay.  Special shout out to Elaine for being so accommodating and helpful! “
