School visits
Cardfields can host school journeys:
- Monday to Friday fully catered, up to 36 children plus two staff free of charge
- Monday to Wednesday fully catered, up to 36 children plus two staff free of charge
- Wednesday to Friday fully catered, up to 36 children plus two staff free of charge
- We can also offer split weeks, overnight stays, four days, weekend bookings for all school visits
- Larger groups up to 55 can also be catered

Private Hire
Cardfields can offer private hire for:
- Self-catered two-night weekend for up to 30 people
- Full board two-night weekend for up to 30 people
- Half-board, two-night weekend for up to 30 people
- Bed and breakfast, two-night weekend for up to 30 people
Private hire arrival from 4pm on Friday. All bedrooms should be vacated by 10 noon on Sunday and all groups to depart the house by 12noon.
Larger groups can be accommodated, up to 55. Please contact us for pricing and availability.
Wedding Hire
Bespoke wedding packages available, including bridal suite, accommodation for up to 30 and full use of the house and grounds.

Off-site activities and charges
Cardfields can provide you with contact details for offsite activities for during your stay.
Transport, where required, needs to be arranged separately.
Please let us know when booking if your group would like to include an activity.
